There are many boutique hotels in the area. You can find them on Airbnb, VRBO, Google Hotels or other booking sites. Check the distance to Casa dos Penedos (the wedding venue). Note that in Sintra the streets are narrow, often one-ways, and sometimes under construction. It may show a longer drive than it looks like on the map due to this.

Also, there is no pressure to stay in Sintra. If you prefer to stay in the city, Lisbon is a 30 minute drive away. If you want a coastal accommodation, look in Cascais. Ubers are very easy to find + there is public transportation.
